The Gothic church of St. Catherine dates back from the first half of the 13th century. In 1603 and 1659 fires destructed the church but it was rebuilt within the years of 1661-89 thanks to the support of Silvius I Nimrod, Duke of WürttembergOels. After 1945 the church was devastated and robbed, it was used as a storehouse, and in 1982 it was taken over by the Roman-Catholic parish. Inside there is a ducal box from 1679 and a matroneum from 1689. The entrance to the vestry is ornamented with an ogive portal from the 14th century. The Baroque main altar dates back from 1661, and by the altar there is the epitaph of Rudolf von Crausse, the chief hofmeister.
