Brawn from Zawidowice is made according to a recipe based on traditional Polish cuisine recipes brought by Polish settlers, repatriated mainly from the eastern areas of the Republic of Poland. The brawn includes: boiled tongues, hearts and a relatively large amount of pepper and garlic. The Urbanowski Meat Processing Plant also produces tasty sirloin, ham and very mouth-watering kabanos sausages, sausages and homemade lard.
